I LOVE the new logo!! One comment though. I would stick to a white only outline of the Old Man on the red version. The black line detracts from the overall look.

I'd love to see a discussion on social media policy in the workplace with input from Sr. Mgrs., HR, IT and MarCom Mgrs. We’ve been researching policy and it's a Golaith.

As an aside, the SMBNH is not intended to be hands on training - it's broader education based on different topics each month designed to fit in a constrained time frame and allow for learning and education to fit a broad spectrum of people with a variety of experience levels in a limited time frame. Learned some valuable tips and some of the information was informative. However, would have like to have a more hands-on approach and would have liked more information on how to actually set up and get going on some of these. I also didn't realize it was going to be primarily geared to restaurants, but info was still helpful. Thank you.
